1 cup of hazelnuts
140 gr grated “Francheschi” chocolate
1 cup of icing sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1 tablespoon sunflower oil
On a tray place the cup of hazelnuts and take them to the oven for 10 minutes.
Remove the hazelnuts from the oven and place them in the grinder until you get the hazelnut paste.
In a bowl place the “Franceschi” chocolate, the sugar, the vanilla and the oil and mix until all the ingredients are combined.
Add the hazelnut cream and mix manually to form a homogeneous paste.
